The Short Tourist Rental is granted only in the portion of the property, period, number of persons, rent and conditions indicated in the online booking. All conditions confirmed by email, in the civil and tourism code or according to local customs are expressly accepted by the Guest.  NOT SUITABLE FOR DISABILITIES - By booking and paying online, the Guest also accepts the privacy policy, the payment conditions, the cancellation policy and the information and regulations indicated herein. CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE: A credit card will be requested upon reservation and CHECK IN. A DEPOSIT may be requested from GROUPS, either in cash or by pre-authorisation on a Credit Card to guarantee eventual final/special cleaning and damage compensation. The amount of the invoice or receipt for the rental in VILLA SARGIANO will be net of any CAPARAGE and/or DEPOSIT returned in cash or cancelled by pre-authorization in credit card after verification and CHECK-OUT.  VILLA SARGIANO protects the Privacy, Health and Serenity of each guest.

STAY TAX € 3, 00 per person per day.  Stamp Tax € 2, 00.  ARRIVAL CHECK-IN TIME - KEYS DELIVERY ON RESERVATION FROM 2:30 p.m. / 3:30 p.m. (unless special arrangements are made). Guests may exit and re-enter at their leisure using the keys handed out and the electronic gate pass.

DEPARTURE CHECK-OUT TIME - On the day of departure, VILLA SARGIANO must be vacated, clean and tidy by 10:00 a.m. (unless special arrangements have been made). Delay will result in an additional night being charged.  Failure to return or damage keys on departure will incur an extra charge of € 200, 00 per key.  EXTRA UTILITIES € 5, 00 per person per day (except for special offers and rates).

INSIDE THE ROOM IN VILLA SARGIANO you will find everything you need: blankets, sheets and pillowcases in the beds, pillows, towels, personal hygiene accessories, hairdryer.

CLEANING ACCESSORIES - At the end of the Short Tourist Rental the accommodation must be clean and tidy with the final cleaning carried out by the guest. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, kitchenette, pots and pans, barbecue, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and washing machine must be cleaned immediately after each use. Rubbish and rubbish must be differentiated in the appropriate buckets, to avoid an extra charge of € 100, 00 per room for final cleaning to be paid in cash at check out.

PETS FOR RENT ALLOWED ONLY SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE if AUTHORISED AT BOOKING. NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS - MAX 1 PER ROOM FOR ROOMS WITH INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE ONLY.  Extra € 15, 00 per day for each of your animal friends. Your animal friend must always be accompanied by the host in the common areas of Villa Sargiano. For dogs, the use of a leash and muzzle is compulsory; for cats, a pet carrier. The Municipality of Arezzo requires guests to always carry resealable, waterproof bags for the proper collection of excrement and droppings, which must be thrown into the appropriate buckets outside the gates of Villa Sargiano. The Municipality of Arezzo recalls that the abandonment of excrement brings hygienic and sanitary risks and is a cause of degradation.

GUESTS' FRIENDS AND PARKING - For security and insurance reasons, it is not possible to allow guests' friends into VILLA SARGIANO (unless special arrangements have been made, which in any case include copies of documents and an extra charge). Parking inside VILLA SARGIANO is subject to availability and only one car per room. There is a large, free outdoor parking area adjacent to the gate of VILLA SARGIANO.   

RÈGLEMENT D'ACCÈS À LA PISCINE D'ÉTÉ. (ouverte en été uniquement) - La piscine n'est pas publique. Elle est réservée à un usage privé et familial pour les hôtes qui passent la nuit dans la VILLA. Vous n'aurez PAS de personnel expérimenté pour vous surveiller et vous assister (maîtres-nageurs). L'accès à la piscine oblige chaque hôte à assumer la responsabilité et le contrôle de sa famille ou de son groupe. La profondeur de la piscine est de 90 cm sur le pourtour et de 210 cm au centre. La LOI impose le port de tongs, d'un maillot de bain et d'un bonnet de bain. Dans la zone de la piscine d'ÉTÉ, tous les vêtements et objets doivent être rangés dans le sac personnel. La densité d'occupation de la zone des piscines d'ÉTÉ est calculée, pour des raisons sanitaires, à 7 personnes dans l'eau et à 7 mètres carrés par personne dans le solarium et les espaces verts. Avant d'entrer dans l'eau de la zone de la PISCINE D'ÉTÉ, les clients doivent prendre une douche savonneuse sur tout le corps; il est interdit de cracher, de se moucher, d'uriner dans l'eau; les enfants en bas âge doivent porter des couches. Il est recommandé aux parents/gardiens de veiller à ce que leurs enfants respectent les règles d'hygiène et de comportement, en fonction de leur degré d'autonomie et de leur âge. Les hôtes qui utilisent la piscine pour leur propre famille ou groupe acceptent que Villa Sargiano ne soit pas responsable des éventuels dommages liés à l'utilisation de la piscine.

INTERDICTIONS ET OBLIGATIONS:  NE PAS FUMER. SE CONNECTER AU SYSTÈME ÉLECTRIQUE UNIQUEMENT les rasoirs, les téléphones portables, les tablettes, les sèche-cheveux, les fers à lisser. Il est interdit de brancher des véhicules, des scooters et des vélos électriques.Le SILENCE est particulièrement apprécié de 22 heures à 8 heures et de 14 heures à 16 heures.CHAQUE HÔTE EST TENU DE RÉPARER LES DOMMAGES CAUSÉS.  RESPONSABILITÉ - Villa Sargiano n'est pas responsable des objets laissés sans surveillance. En cas de force majeure, la Villa Sargiano n'est pas tenue d'indemniser le manque temporaire de gaz, d'électricité, d'eau et de connexion Internet. La connexion wifi est gratuite et protégée par un mot de passe pour un usage légal uniquement.

RÉGLEMENTATIONS GOUVERNEMENTALES SPÉCIALES PROTECTION DES HÔTES CONTRE LES MALADIES INFECTIEUSES
La personne qui réserve en ligne déclare que lui et tous ses invités au moment de l'ENTRÉE doivent être: A) exempts de température de 37, 5° degrés ou plus - B) exempts de quarantaine de risques de toute maladie transmissible - C) autorisés par les lois en vigueur à passer la nuit à Arezzo pendant la période réservée. Utiliser les solutions hydro-alcooliques et les outils de nettoyage de manière autonome. Chaque objet fourni par la Villa Sargiano à l'hôte doit toujours être désinfecté par l'hôte avant et après chaque utilisation.
